Linda Ann Lomax

Ms. Linda Ann Lomax, was born on May 8, 1963 in Vicksburg, Mississippi to the union of Elnora Demus and Sim Lomax.  Both parents preceded her in death. Her mother married Luther Demus(Step-Father) in November of 1974, who also precedes her in death.

Linda accepted Christ at an early age and was baptized at True Vine Baptist Church, under the leadership of Reverend Hike. She received her formal education through the Kansas City Public School System. During her working career, she bartended at various nightclub establishments in the Kansas City area.

Linda was a collector of stuffed animals and she loved working in her puzzle/word search books. She departed this life on Thursday, February 27, 2020.

She leaves to cherish her loving and everlasting memories, her son, LaVanden Darks (Tobbi); her daughter, Chyra Durant; her sisters; Brenda Lomax (Greg), and Rashee Jones; her brother,  Michael Parks (Lisa); her cousins, Greg and Sam Lewis; her granddaughters,  Aubrey and Zaria Steele; her grandson, RayVon Darks; a special niece,  Briana Whitney; a very special friend,  Darren Hersey, and a host of other friends and relatives
