Lorean Pleasant, 60, departed this life on November 14, 2025, at North Kansas City Hospice, in North Kansas City, Missouri.

She was born on February 24, 1965, in Kansas City, Missouri to Duane Reese Sr., and JoElla Ealy.

Lorean grew up in Kansas City and graduated from Northeast High School. After high school she attended business school in Kansas City, Kansas, where she received a certificate in Business and Administration. She began working for FDIC as a secretary, where she worked for 25+ years.

She was involved in Women with A Purpose, Keisha’s, and she enjoyed scrap booking.

Lorean is preceded in death by her father, Duane Reese Sr.

She leaves to cherish her memories her mother, JoElla Ealy; her stepfather, Larry Ealy Sr; her siblings: Larry Ealy Jr. (Victorie), Duane Reese (Renee), Serena Ealy, LaRon Ealy (Evangeline), and a host of nieces and nephews.
