Marino R Lane

Marino R. Lane "Ring-Ring" was born on January 5, 1972, to parents Jessie M. Lane and Gary Smith. He is preceded in death by his mother Jessie M. Lane; Maternal grandparents: Marshall and Mary Lane; Paternal grandparent: Margaret Smith; one sister Sheila France; one uncle Marshall Lane Jr.; cousins Mario Henderson, Mikel Lane, & Lonell Lane.

Ring-Ring was born and raised in the Kansas City metro area. He attended East High School. Ring-Ring worked various jobs and had a passion for cooking. Ring-Ring had a big appetite and loved sweets. One of Ring-Ring's favorite TV shows was the Price is Right as he would spend hours watching it. Ring-Ring also enjoyed watching sports especially baseball. Anybody who knew Ring-Ring knew he was the life of the party. He was a jokester who left a trail of people laughing along the way. One of his favorite saying was "I LOVE YOU" and when you said it, he back he would quickly reply "I SAID IT FIRST." Ring-Ring was a devoted church man who believed BIBLE meant "Basic Instructions Before Leaving Earth." His quick wit and charm will be sadly missed.

Ring departed this life on January 18, 2019.

He leaves to cherish his memory, two daughters: Moniyauna Kennemore and Chasidy Bush. One son: Keyshay Kennemore. His father: Gary Smith. One sister: Ebone Lane; three brothers: Chauncey Lane, Shahid Lane, & Dominique Lane. Nieces: Chylia, Dominique, Chyna, Zaraie, Myelle, & Mya; Nephews: Chauncey, Malik, Jabari, Elijah, & Dominick. Aunts: Ella Howse, Shirley Lane, & Carolyn Roach; Uncles: Kenny Lane, Mack Lane, Michael Lane, & Lydell Lane; and a host of family and friends.
