Marquis Hooker

Marquis Lavance Hooker 20 of Kansas City, Mo passed away at Research Medical Center. Marquis was born on October 9th 2000 To Harold Hooker Sr. And Sharon Lewis. Marquis was educated in the Kansas City School District. Marquis accepted Christ as his Lord and Savior at the age of 18, and was Baptized at Rescue Missionary Baptist Church of Jesus Christ.

Marquis had a passion for music, and turned his life experiences into words developing and creating an outlet to express what was on his heart. He was dedicated to all his family and friends, and enjoyed bringing a smile to everyone who met him.

Marquis was engaged to Kennyae Williams. They shared a son Messiah Lavance Hooker.

Marquis was preceded in death by his mother Sharon Lewis, his maternal grandparents Claude and Hyacinth Lewis and paternal grandparents Orville and Dorothea Hooker.

Marquis leaves to cherish his memory, his fiancé Kennyae Williams,son Messiah Hooker, his Father Harold Hooker Sr.his 6 brothers Harold Hooker Jr. (Malika Hooker) Alfonzo Hooker, Anthony Hooker, Da’Quan Jones, Michael Brown, Zavion Brown, Two sisters Tracy Pierro, and Raeshawn Hooker. Marquis also leaves His special grandmother Denise Jones and a host of uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends
