Marvin Murray

Marvin Murray was born on September 13, 1949 in Westpoint Mississippi. Marvin was preceded in death by his wife, Anita Murray, his mother, Rosia Murray, and his brother, Rudy Murray. Marvin married Anita Sanders on April 12, 1975, and they have three living children, Marvin Murray, Jr. (Shashonda Murray), Tracee Ladd (Elton Ladd) and Danica Murray. Marvin has nine grandchildren, including Ebony Jones’s children whom he looked at as a daughter, and one great grandchild. Marvin worked at Hallmark Cards for 41 years and retired in 2007. Marvin is survived by one brother, Willie Murray and three sisters, Genia Palmer, Barbara Bradley and Imelba Price- Lee. Marvin Murray was highly respected by his peers and his family for his ability to be an excellent provider for all who knew him. Marvin loved to have fun and thoroughly enjoyed having his family around. Marvin accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior and on December 10, 2022 he was called into the arms of the Lord and will remain with Him forever.
