Matthew Askew

Matthew Askew, 50, passed away on May 12, 2022, at North Kansas City Hospital. Matthew was born on August 20, 1971, in Kalamazoo, Michigan to Curtis McCant and Eunice R. Askew. Matthew grew up in Kansas City and graduated from Central High School. He also attended CMSU in Warrensburg, MO. Matthew began work for Whole Person as a CDS Payroll Specialist, where he worked for 7 years.

Matthew was preceded in death by his mother, Eunice Rose Askew, and brother Dee Lee Askew.

Matthew is survived by one brother, Joseph D. Askew, father Curtis McCant.
