Mcarthur Winters

Honoring the Life of McArthur Winters, born November 22, 1943 in Little Rock, Arkansas. He was the last child of nine children born to Mr. and Mrs. Otto Winters Sr.  He was united in marriage to Barbara Jean Strothers and to that union three sons and two daughters were born. He was united in marriage to Carmen Louise Baylis and to that union three daughters, two sons were born.

Lastly he was united in marriage to Pamela Sue Vieger and to that union one son was born. McArthur has worked various jobs, The Call paper, Tension Envelope and DST where he retired in 2009.

McArthur enjoyed bowling and going to events with family and friends. He was known for his laughter, his cars and his style of dress or as he would say “Sharp” style. He was admired and loved by many. McArthur departed this life on June 6, 2023.

He will be sadly missed by: six daughters Clareatha Johnson, Margaret Clark of Kansas City, MO, Sheritha Mills of Independence, MO, Shelley Winters of Kansas City, MO, Shawnte Winters of North Kansas City, MO and Aisha Grier of Kansas City, MO; five sons Barrett Winters, Michael Mills, Dallas Winters, Aaron Winters all of Kansas City, MO and Solomon Mills of Raymore, MO; son in-laws; sister in-laws; grandchildren; great-grandchildren; great- great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
