Michael Maurice Johnson, 43, gained his heavenly wings on Tuesday, June 27, 2023, in Kansas City, Missouri. Born on May 7, 1980, in Kansas City, Missouri, Michael was the beloved child of Michael L. Jackson and LaTonda Hollins. He graduated from Hickman Mills High School in Kansas City, Missouri, in 1998.Having served in the US Air Force since 1998, Michael dedicated his time as a Customer Service Representative for several companies in both Kansas City, Missouri, and Kansas City, Kansas. Michael cherished his time with family and friends, touching our hearts and bringing smiles to our faces with his jokes and lively dance moves inspired by Martin Lawrence's character, Jerome. He was an avid fan of the Kansas City Chiefs football team, always displaying his unwavering support. He would hold your hand and touch your heart.

He was preceded in death by his father, Michael L. Jackson, as well as his Aunt Vickie Price, Uncle Willis Jackson, and maternal and paternal grandfathers. Michael's legacy will forever shine brightly in our hearts, as he leaves behind his son Michaah Johnson of Orlando, FL, his daughters Azariah Johnson of Orlando, FL, and MiKayla Johnson of Ft. Worth, TX. He will also be deeply missed by his mother, LaTonda Hollins of Marietta, GA, his grandmothers, Anita Clayborn of Kansas City, MO and Dorothy Jackson of Texas, his sisters Michelle Brown (Earlen) of Kansas City, MO, and Andrea Randolph (Damien) of Decatur, GA, his brother Tony Randolph of Marietta, GA, along with his uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, and a multitude of other relatives and friends.
