Michael Alan Lorthridge, Jr., 40, passed away on June 11, 2019 at Research Medical Center in Kansas City, Missouri. He was born on December 26, 1978 in St. Louis, Missouri to Michael Alan Lorthridge, Sr., and Sandra Tate-Lorthridge. He grew up in Kansas City, Missouri. He graduated from East High School in Kansas City, Missouri.
His father; Michael Alan Lorthridge, Sr., preceded him in death.
Michael worked for Midwest Block & Brick, UPS, and he was currently working Infu System as a distribution team lead where he worked for 4 years.
Michael Jr. lived a very fascianating life. In his younger years, he played football for Della C. Lamb commu ity center as a linebacker and fullback. His love for sports over the years, as Michael Jr., was a diehard Chief’s fan and a known football and basketball connoisseur. He was also extremely intelligent and had a fascination with cars, world news, drawing, and cooking. Last but not least, Michael Jr. was a bonafide family man. He was happiest when he was with the love of his life, Bridget Mays, and their five beautiful children; Michael III., Makaila, Martez, Marquan, and Mariyah. He dedicated everyday to them. They made him the proudest and will continue to always do so.
Michael leaves to cherish his memories, his mother; Sandra Tate-Lorthridge, five children; Michael Lorthridge, III., Makaila Lorthride, Martez Lorthridge, Marquan Lorthridge, Mariyah Lorthridge, spouse; Bridget Mays, four sisters; Malisa Lorthridge, Monica Lorthridge, Melanie Lorthridge, Marketta Lorthridge, two brothers; Marvin Lorthridge, Marcus Lorthridge, and host nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
