Michelle Denise Richardson (Puggy), age 44, departed this life on Sunday, March 21, 2021 in Houston, Texas.  She was born to Linda D. Williams and Eric Richardson on May 10th, 1976 in Kansas City, MO.  Michelle was preceded in her heavenly transition by her maternal grandparents, Charles and Louise Taylor.

Michelle attended Tri City Christian School and later went on to Hickman Mills High School where she graduated in 1994.  After graduation, Michelle attended Longview Community College where she received her Associates Degree. In 1999 Michelle moved to Houston to conquer her dreams of becoming a Registered nurse.  She attended Houston Baptist University where she received her Bachelor of Science. In 2008 she attended Phoenix University located in Houston, TX where she received her Masters as a Registered Nurse.  Michelle was recently accepted into a competitive CRNA (Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist program) through UMKC, Kansas City, MO. She was relocating to KCMO on May 1st, 2021 to attend in person classes. Michelle was currently employed as an ICU Nurse at St. Luke’s Hospital and Methodist Hospital in Houston, TX for the past 14 years.  Amongst her nursing skills, Michelle was fluent in Spanish and assisted in the translation with non-speaking English patients.

Michelle loved the lord and accepted Christ as her Lord and Savior at an early age at Sheffield Family Life Center KCMO.

She truly lived life to the fullest and loved the career path she chose. Her ultimate GOAL was to make her family proud. She succeeded in doing just that.

In 2016 she gave birth to a beautiful baby girl “Hailey” which she adored so much. She was the apple of her eye; she was her EVERYTHING…her princess Hailey! Michelle loved to travel to faraway places; some of which were…New York, Florida Keys, Cancun, Dubai and Paris just to mention a few. Michelle loved her family dearly and was excited for the opportunity to move back home. She was a role model to the younger generation and was passionate about them never giving up on their dreams.

Michelle's memories will be cherished by her daughter: Hailey Hernandez; mother: Linda Williams; father; John Williams; birth dad: Eric Richardson; brothers: Michael Williams (VeRone'ca), John Williams II (Ashley), Eric Richardson, Jr; sisters, Chukka and LaShonda; special friends: Tamika Jackson, and Terrance Luster;  three special cousins that she considered her sisters: Susan, Pooh, and Derriesha, all of KCMO; her baby cousin that she considered her best friend and daughter: “D’Mya” and a host of other relatives and friends.
