Mother Billie Fishback

Billie Marie Allen Fishback was born March 12, 1922 in Des Moines, IA.. to Aresse and Ruth Allen. She was educated in the Kansas City, Missouri school system, she attended Attucks, R.T.Coles and Lincoln High School in 1939. She accepted Christ at a young age at Morning Star Baptist Church, attended Olive Branch Missionary Baptist Church, later in life she united with Memorial Church International. She married Robert H. Fishback, Sr. on June 22, 1957, and to this union was born two children Robert H. Fishback Jr, and Larecca Fishback Hamilton. She worked as a cook at the Muehlebach Hotel and J. W. Putsch Resturant . She and her husband were the owners of a Dry Cleaning and Resturant business. She was a member of the Mothers Board at Memorial Church International. Billie departed this life on Wednesday August 17, 2016 at St. Joseph Hospital. She will be forever remembered by her family and friends. She was preceded in death by both of her parents, husband Robert H. Fishback, Sr., two brothers Bernard Allen and John Richard Garland, three sisters Pauline Chaney, Bernice Allen, Betty Michell and grandson Craig S. Jackson. She was the last of her siblings. She enjoyed traveling, Word Search, Puzzles, reading the Bible and Movies. She leaves to cherish her memory four children Myrtle Jones of Des Moines, IA., Joe Jackson (Joyce), Pheonix, AZ., Robert H. Fishback, Jr., and Larecca Hamilton, (Ricky) of Kansas City, Mo. Three grandchildren Paula Jackson, Malika Hamilton, and LaMaya Hamilton. Two great-grandchildren Christal Jackson and Mykia Denmon. Three great great grandsons Brian Dunbar, Stephon Camp and Jayden Jackson Thomas. A host of nieces and nephews and other relatives.
