Mother Lonnie Mae Littlejohn was born to Lonnie Lee white and Nora Lee (Wade) White, in Caruthersville, MO on December 31, 1935.
Lonnie accepted Christ at an early age. She was raised by Grandma Emma Stacey and her mother Nora Lee (Wade) Tyus, formerly "White", in Madison, Illinois, where she was a faithful member of Friendship Missionary Baptist Church. Lonnie met and wed Eugene Loveless and subsequently had 2 sons; Curtis Eugene Loveless (Deceased)(Carolyn) and James LeRoy Loveless (Dana), Lonnie divorced and relocated to Cleveland, OH, in 1962. where she made Everlasting Missionary Baptist Church her church home,
Mother Littlejohn was employed by the Cleveland Department of Veterans Affairs, where she worked for 31 1/2 years before her retirement.
Mother Littlejohn married Reverend Myles W. Litllejohn. in November of 1972. and had a son Reverend Kevin Vincent Littlejohn (Deceased).
Mother Littlejohn enjoyed playing the organ and piano for numerous church choirs. She served faithfully in many of the church organizations; Choir Director, Musician (organ and piano) youth counsellor, Sunday School Teacher, Mission and Pastor's Wife. She also volunteered in the Cleveland Public Schools System as a tutor. Mother also enjoyed Crafting and Gardening,
Mother Littlejohn relocated to the Raytown, Mo in her latter years, to reside with her surviving son James Loveless, and made the Genesis Missionary Baptist Church her home.
Mother Littlejohn was called home to be with the Lord on 22 May 2026, at the age of 90 years old. She leaves to cherish her memory; Deacon James Loveless (Dana); grandchildren: Victoria Loveless, James Loveless II (Beneria), Christian Mobley (Kaitlyn), Diamond Loveless, Dominique BoBo (Sydonia); 7 Great grandchildren; her brother, George Tyus (Barbera); sisters, Izola Robinson, and Gussie Glasper (Wilbert); a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, adopted sisters and brothers, and other loving family and friends.
