Natalie E. Williams “Pinky” 46, departed her life on September 9, 2018 at KU Medical Center. She was born on February 12, 1972 to JR Johnson and Shirley Williams of Columbia, Mo. She was preceded in death by her father; JR Johnson, mother; Shirley Williams, paternal grandfather; John Wilmur Williams, step grandfathers; Wilmus Williams, Joe Holloway, aunt Teresa Jo Williams, niece; Precious Williams, and granddaughter; Ny’Liyah Grant.
Natalie Williams known as Pinky to family and friends and anyone who knew her. She graduated from the Kansas City Missouri School District and furthered her education at Concorde Career College as a medical assistant (MA). She worked at KU Medical Center for 10 years before she retired. She also worked for Brook Dale Retirement Home. Before she went home to be with the Lord she worked for HCA Midwest Health Care in the OB/GYN. She accepted Christ at an early age and attended Big Vision Nondenominational Church under the leadership of Randolph Cobbins.
Pinky enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, going out dancing and socializing, bargain shopping, eating sea food, and making sure she looked good from head to toe.
Natalie leaves to cherish her memories her first love; Dwayne Stewart, five sons; Arlandus Williams (Shalonda), Arlando Williams (Breonna), D’Shawn Williams, Sr., (Raven), Antwan Grant, and Naetwan Grant all of Kansas City, Mo., godson; Jerel McGlothen, nine grandchildren; Arie Williams, Armyiah Williams, D’Shawn Williams, Jr., Dawaune Williams, Kingston Duncan, Ravy Henderson, Rah Henderson, Jaiden Hamilton, Jorden Wilson, and two unborn grandchildren, grandmother; Mattie Holloway, six brothers; Marshall Galbreath (Belinda), Larry Galbreath, Stephen Williams (Jane), Sean Williams, Reginald Williams and Benard McKinnon, five sisters; Wilma Wells (Walter), Queana Williams, Gayla Burton, Tiara McKinnon and Iberia Harvey, one special aunt Tila Boose and a host of loving, caring, aunts and uncles, great aunts, great uncles, two special nephews; Andrae Williams and Christopher Williams, two nieces; Marquayla Galbreath, LaShawna Boone, one special niece; Tiffany Williams (Boo); two nephews; Larry Boone, Damani Winters, her two best friends of 20 plus years; Terran Sayles (Jaynesha Johnson & Jordan Lathan) and Shamaica Lloyd, and a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, and four special friends; Shamaica Lloyd, Sheila, Detrice and Lacy. She will be truly missed.
