Nicole, 39, passed away on July 29th at University of Kansas Medical Center in Kansas City, Kansas. She was born on September 16, 1979 in Wichita, Kansas to Orville Carter and Inell Carter. She grew up in Wichita, Kansas. She graduated from South High School in Wichita, KS. After high school she attended Highland Community College in Highland, KS. She married Mieshia Jackson in Kansas City, MO. They were happily married for 12 years.
She was preceded into death by her parents Inell Carter her mother, and Orville Carter, father.
She is survived by wife, Mieshia Jackson, two sons, Savaughn Carter, and Stacey Carter, brother kelvin Carter, and sister Felicia Smith.
