Sometime after graduation in 1958 he moved to Kansas City, MO. After coming to Kansas City, MO Odis married Maggie Jones and to this union was born a son, Odis Jones Jr. and a daughter, Annette Jones. This marriage was resolved, Odis then married his life partner, friend, and love, Sandra Carol Jones, on October 18, 1976.
