Parris C. Spencer

Parris Spencer was born in Chicago, IL to parents Pam Spencer and LC Ervin, and was lovingly adopted by Kittera Spencer-Boyd.

He spent his formative years in Kansas City, MO, where he attended Southeast High School and graduated from Don Bosco Charter School in 2003. Known for his strong work ethic, Parris held various jobs throughout his life. He had a passion for driving and was last employed as a truck driver for Brady Plus.

Parris was the life of the party - a comedian who could turn sorrow into laughter. He took great pride in being a father, brother, uncle, cousin, and friend.

He shared his life with his significant other of 20 years, Dana Pearl.

Parris was preceded in death by Shirley Spencer, Sumayah Yasir, and Kalomo Boyd.

He is survived by his parents, Ms. Kitty, Pam, and L.C.  His long-time girlfriend Dana and their children, Ty and Zoe.  Siblings: Piera, Sade, and Mario.  His great aunt Sheila (She-She), great uncle Donald (Wine), uncles Cedric, Joe, and Richard (Ricky), cousins: Prince and Miracle, nieces, Aniyah, Oriyona, and Victoria, nephews: LaMarion, Ziyon, and Mario Jr., close family friend, Parnell (Fluffy), along with a host of sisters, brothers, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.

Parris will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
