Patricia Ann Dearing

Patricia Ann Dearing ,84 passed away on Friday, December 5, 2025, at home. She was born on March 17, 1941, in Cleveland, Ohio to Leroy, David Hall and Corolla Mae (Cain) Alexander.

Patricia grew up in Cleveland Ohio. She graduated from Jane Adams Vocational School in Cleveland, Ohio, where she earned certification as a dietitian and began working as a food service supervisor. Patricia worked in seventeen different kitchens, including Saint Joseph Medical Center, Trinity Lutheran Hospital, Menorah Medical Center, Kingswood Senior Living Community and Warford Elementary School. She retired in 2005 after 52 years in food service.

Patricia loved the Lord, and she loved to craft, always making something out of nothing.

Patricia married Michael Dearing on December 25, 1961, in Cleveland Ohio. They were happily married for 64 years.

She was proceeded in death by her parents, Leroy David Hall and Corolla Mae (Cain) Alexander, and her grandmother, Alberta Bell Williams.

Left to cherish Patricia's memory: her husband, Michael Dearing; her children: Avis Dearing and Michael D. Dearing; her grandchildren: Aurora Lacy, Marlena Dearing, Darius Dearing, Kendrea Dearing and Amora Dearing; her great grandchildren: Macy Austin, Khalil Dearing-Mozee, Nova Austin, Kion Dearing-Mozee, and Koda Dearing-Mozee; her siblings: Trina Alexander, William "Rickey" Alexander and Brian Alexander, and a host of other loving relatives and friends.
