Patricia Ann Bell Warfield was born February 29, 1964, she departed this life on June 1st, 2021.

Patricia was born to the union of Benjamin and Queen Bell, who both preceded her in death, along with her brothers Ben and James Bell, her sister Queen Ella Bell, and her youngest son D’Adrian Bell.

She was born in Columbia, Missouri. She came to Kansas City, Missouri when she was two years old, where she attended school. She received her CNA Certification at Pioneer Community College, where she worked as a CNA and Home Health Care Provider until her health failed. She was loved by her children, husband, family, and friends. She loved music, all music, she was a football lover also. Patricia also loved God, because God first loved her. She was Baptized in 2018 at Grace Way Church in Raytown, Missouri.

She leaves to Cherish her memories, her husband: Adrian Vince'son Warfield; two sons: D'Averell Bell (Courtney), D’Andre Bell; one brother: Tessy Bell(Latanya); three sisters: Helen Spencer, Doris and Sarah Bell; two step-children: Ebony and Adrian Mercer; two aunties: Hazel Childress (Frank) Gertrude Ramsey; 19 grandchildren, her best friend Rosie Baldwin, her hitter; 7 nephews: Leslie and Vernon Spencer, Terrance, Terrell, D’Anthony, and D’Ante Bell, and James Vinson; a host of cousins, friends, and others, and she will be missed by them all.
