Patricia Wilkins Young

Patricia Lou Wilkins Young, 59, was born March 1, 1957 in Shreveport, Louisiana. She was the only child of Francis Mamie. She was educated in the public schools of Kansas City, Missouri and graduated from Central High School, class of 1975. Patricia worked several jobs after she graduated from high school. She worked for the Kansas City Police Department, Union Pacific Railroad Company, Child Care Services and Nursing. Patricia had a special love for God and people. She enjoyed helping and working with others. She also enjoyed life and lived every day like it was her last. She loved to make people smile. She will be greatly missed by all those who knew and loved her . Patricia departed this life on Friday, May 20, 2016. Her mother, Francis Mamie, uncle, Charlie and son, Jarome "Jay Jay" Wilkins all preceded her in death. She leaves to mourn her loss and cherish her memory her loving husband, Tyrea Jarome Young; three sons, Marcis D'Angelo Cutchlow, Charles Henry Cutchlow, and Michael Anthony Cutchlow; one stepdaughter, Ajinah Jackson-Young; three grandsons, Chance V. Williams, Charles Henry Cutchlow, Jr., Aiden Craig; daughter in-law, Chanetah Weston and a host of other relatives and friends.
