Pearline A Bailey

Pearline Agatha Bailey, 88, passed away 4-17-2018 at Lakewood Care Center in Kansas City, Missouri. She was born on January 26, 1930 in Kingston, Jamaica to Vincent Campbell and Agatha Berlyn Merrley. She grew up in Kingston, Jamaica. She graduated from Secondary School Education in Kingston Jamaica. After high school she attended vocational cooking in Kingston Jamaica, where she received a certificate in catering. She began work for Micro teachers College as a Dietary Aide where she worked for 29 years. She retired in 1991 after 29 years. She was involved in church work. Pearline married Granville Bailey on June 24, 1965 in Kingston Jamaica. They were happily married for 14 years. She is preceded in death by her busband, Granvil Bailey; son, Hubert; and daughter, Carmen. She is survived by her daughters, Marva Murphy, Lorna Obsorne; sons, Lloyd Bailey, Donald Osbourne, Charles Osbourne, Howard Bailey, 5 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
