Listen to Obituary

Ramon Lee Antonio Kizine was born May 25, 1981 to Earl Kizine Sr. and Karen Kizine in Kansas City, Missouri. His Grandparents Eddie and Willie Raines, Grandparents Willie and Coila Kizine, Grandmother Hester Moss, Grandmother Dorothy Ramsey, special uncles Bill Moss and Carl Gene Moss preceded him in death. Ramon accepted Christ at an early age at the Evangelistic Center Church in Kansas City, Mo. Soon after he was baptized at Mount Vernon Missionary Baptist church in Kansas City Mo where he sang in the choir, ushered and was a part of many activities. Ramon loved God and he loved God’s word. Ramon graduated in 1999 from Hickman High School. He then attended Penn Valley Community College where he studied to be an (EMT) Emergency Medicine Technician for the Kansas City MAST ambulance service. Ramon’s passion was helping people. Later he studied Barbering. Ramon was a proud Letter Carrier and a mailhandler for the US Postal Service . On several occasions Ramon would meet customers on his route that needed assistance. Ramon would finish his day at work and on his days off would later assist many of his customers with different needs they had. Ramon received his CDL training to drive over the road for SWIFT. His final job was a contract driver for FEDX. He loved seeing God’s country. Ramon had many talents and hobbies which included: Cooking - he loved to Q for his family and friends. Many times he would create his own seasonings that would make your mouth water. He loved to entertain and make everyone feel at home. Ramon loved carpentry. Rather than pay outrageous prices for furniture and gifts, it was nothing for him to buy old furniture and restore it or build giant doll houses. Ramon would even build furniture from scratch. Ramon was a landscaper. He loved to manicure lawns in his father’s business. He planted gardens with vegetables and beautiful flowers. He tried his hand at being a Pod caster. He at one time was even trumpet player. He loved to fish and he loved to camp. Ramon was an avid entrepreneur and was always finding new business adventures for friends and family. As one cousin wrote – “My Big Cuzzin always looked out for me and always supported whatever made me happy.” Ramon had a big heart. If you needed a mover, he was there. If you needed a car mechanic, he was there. If you needed a hug, he was there. If you needed a few dollars, he was there. If you needed a medic, he was there. If you needed a plumber, he was there. If you needed a bodyguard he was there. If you just needed someone to talk to he was there. But of all his loves and talents and explorations, Ramon’s first loves were his five daughters and one granddaughter. They were all “Daddy’s girls.” If they wanted that fifth pair of the latest shoes and his shoes had holes, those girls would get that fifth pair of shoes. He would sacrifice everything for his girls. Ramon leaves to cherish his memories: five beautiful daughters Kayla Kizine, Jasmyn Irven, Jorden Kizine, Zanijah Walker and Alicia Kizine; one granddaughter Brooklyn; his father and mother Earl and Patricia Kizine, his mother and father Karen and Gregory Johnson, his grandfather Emmett Moss; his grandmother Patricia Moss; four brothers Earl Kizine Jr., Aaron Bush, Christopher Kelsey, and Brandon Kelsey; four sisters Felicia Wilson, Angela Jackson, Taylore’ Johnson and D’Onesha Hanson (Joseph); and a host of Uncles, Aunts, Nephews, Nieces, the cousin crew, cousins, coworkers, classmates and other special relatives and special friends.
