Ramon Dewayne passed away on April 11, 2025, at the University Health Center, 2301 Holmes Street, Kansas City, MO, 64108. He was born on June 18, 1977, to Delores Williams and Perry Parks.
Ramon grew up in Kansas City, Missouri, where he attended Metro Tech High School and developed an unbreakable bond with the boys of “213” that would last a lifetime. Ramon accepted Christ at an early age and was a member of Straightway Missionary Baptist Church.
Ramon grew up surrounded by a close-knit family he considered his true brothers and sisters. Ramon was always filled with laughter and joy and had a remarkable talent for bringing people together. His infectious energy and vibrant personality made him the center of attention at any gathering, whether a simple family dinner or a celebration with friends. Raman effortlessly created an atmosphere of warmth and happiness wherever he went, turning ordinary moments into unforgettable memories.
Ramon is preceded in death by his mother, Delores Williams; his grandmother, Dorothy Mae Williams; his aunt, Dorothy Jean Wren; and his cousins: Mark Antonio Shears, Shardae Akins, and Andreone Hall.
Ramon leaves to cherish his memory: his father, Perry Parks (Sandra); children: Ramon D. Williams, Jr., Ramond D. Williams, and R’mon D. Williams; siblings: Renika Williams, Teresa Randolph, Simone Cunningham, Delvonte Shears, Perry L. Parks, Jr., and Patrick Parks; aunts: Johnnie Akins, Gloria Akins, Barbra Akins, Vicky Juniors (Dennis), Debra Akins, and Angela Williams; uncles: Anthony Williams and Timothy Williams (Angela), and a host of family members, including nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends that mourn his loss.
Though he is gone, his spirit and the love he shared will continue to inspire us.
Ramon “Juicy J.” Williams' legacy will forever endure, reminding us of the impact one life can have.
