Rayford E Reed

Rayford E. Reed, Jr., 37, passed away on October 6, 2019 at Truman Medical Center in Kansas City, Missouri. He was born on April 8, 1982 in Paola, Kansas to Rayford E. Reed, Sr., and Judith E. Berry.

He grew up in Miami/Johnson County area. He graduated from Gardner High School in Gardner, Kansas. After high school he attended Johnson County Community College in Johnson County.

Ray was an entrepreneur and Investor for many years. He was involved in Real Estate and Sales Consulting.

He was preceded into death by his brother, Raynell E. Reed; grandmother, Joyce Spruill; step grandfather; David Spruill, grandmother; Thomas “Tucker” Turner, aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Ray is survived by his Children Rayford Eugene Reed, III., AKA (Bud Bud) & Amir Eugene Reed; mother, Judy Berry; father, Rayford E. Reed, Sr; sisters, Leanna Taylor, Brianna Taylor, Rachonda Harris, Precious Hall; brothers, Rashawn Reed, Clinton Taylor and a host of other relatives and friends.
