Regina Fay Thomas

Regina Fay Thomas “Gene/Smurf” was born February 22, 1964 in Kansas City, MO to Melvin and Helen Thomas. Regina graduated from Northeast High School in Kansas City, MO class of 1982, as she was apart of JROTC and Drill Team. Regina worked at The Together Center, Montgomery Wards, and DST Systems. She was employed at DST for 24 years. Her co-workers knew her to be a amazing friend, hardworking, and always ready to assist. Regina loved spending time with family and friends, making others laugh without even trying. A true meaning of a Genuine Person and Friend. Regina transitioned life on September 29th, 2022 at NKC Hospice in Kansas City, Mo. She was proceeded into death by both parents Helen and Melvin Thomas, 4 siblings; Helena Allen, Rickey Brown Sr., Gary E. Thomas, and Sharon K. Thomas. She leaves to cherish her precious memories her two sisters Deborah A. Thomas and Candace Thomas; nephews Alfonso Brown, Cornelius Brown, Arbanas Elliot (Laresa), Michael Ragland (Diane); one niece Tiffany Fleming (Marcarsha); Her Babies/Great Nephew and Great Niece Darrius Patton and Adrianna Patton; and two best friends Rhonda Robinson and Shelia Rogers; and a host of other relatives and friends.
