Reginald Phillip Ladd

Reginald Phillips Ladd, 66, was born October 19, 1953 to the union of Mary Lou Phillips Ladd Lindsay and Edward Lee Ladd Sr. in Indianapolis, Indiana he was third child of 3 born to this union his parents’ father who raised him brother and a son preceded him in death.

He accepted Christ at an early age and attended Cambells Chapel AME in Pulaski, Tennessee. He attended Giles County High school  graduating in 1971, later he went on and attended Park College in Kansas City, MO, graduating in 1976 with a degree  in Sociology. Reginald lived and worked in several states, during  his working career finally returning to Kansas City in 2017.

Reginald departed this life on November 4, 2019 at his residence. Reggie was loved by many and will be truly missed by all.  Reginald leaves to cherish his memories, his son Brandon Mcdade and five grandchildren, brother Edward Lee Ladd Jr. (Betty Edwards) sister Mary Regina Lindsay, uncle Aaron  Lindsay and long-time friend and love Janet Verner and a host of  nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
