Renee Williams-Jones

Renee M. Williams - Jones was born March 22, 1954 to H.A. Jones and Ruth Marie Scafe in Detroit, Michigan. Our "Poo Poo" as she was affectionately called by her grandchildren, named by her granddaughter Roneshia, at the age of three, was the most down to earth mother, grandmother, daughter, sister and friend. She was very creative and had that artistic flair. She enjoyed her friends greatly. Renee was a wonderful woman that was loved, is missed, and will always be cherished. After a long battle with Cancer, Renee departed this life into eternal grace on November 12, 2016 at 5:00 p.m. at home surrounded by her loving family. She leaves to cherish her memory her two sons, Ronnell (LaStar) Jones, and Gary (fiancé, Tamela) Jones; grandchildren, JeRon (JaNae), Ronnell (Jessica), Chereyl, Roneshia, Gary, TyRon, Ronnycea, Dae'Ron, and KeiRon; twelve great-grandchildren; Sister Ella, Sister Brenda, Sister Debra, Sister Jana and a host of extended sons, daughters, nephews, nieces, cousins and friends who she loved and cherished in her heart.
