Rivian Ransburg

Rivian Patricia (Hutton) Ransburg was born March 8, 1954 to the union of Clarence and Leona Hutton Sr. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, James Ransburg. Rivian gave her life to Christ at an early age. She received her education in the Kansas City, Mo school district. She retired early from the Rival Co. at an early age. Rivian enjoyed keeping kids, collecting elephants, growing plants and flowers, she just had that green thumb. She really enjoyed hanging with family and friends.

Rivian took off her mortal robe and stepped into her immortal garment on October 3, 2022 after suffering two years of illness. She was surrounded by loved ones who will continue to carry on her legacy by living lives to the fullest. She will be dearly missed. Rivian was preceded in death by her parent, Clarence and Leona Hutton Sr., Clarence Hutton Jr., nephew, Terry L. Hutton.

She leaves to cherish her memory her daughter, Carla Hutton, two grandchildren, Cornell Hutton and Breana Hutton, one great grandson, Amari, siblings, Linda Peeler, Ralph Hutton, Rodney (Geraldine) Hutton and LaTanya Hutton, two nieces, Lanetta Long and Camille (Jason) Childress, two nephews, Terrance Hutton and Gary (Nikki) Peeler, all of the home. Also left to cherish her memory, a special friend, Sharon Kearney, a host of great nieces, great nephews, cousins and friends.
