Rochelle Diane Woods

Rochelle Woods, 59, passed away on September 24, 2024, at KU Medical Center in Kansas City, KS. She was born on May 30, 1965, in Kansas City, MO to William Issac Fleming and Rose Lee Fleming, Lafayette Broughton Jr. (father).

She grew up in Kansas City, MO. She graduated from East High School in Kansas City, MO.

Rochelle began working for Ability KC as a Job Coach Trainer where she worked for 20 years.

Rochelle loved to serve the Lord and was in volved in community service, always volunteering and helping others all over Kansas City. She also loved spending time with family and friends, painting and outdoor activities. Her nickname "Sweet Pea" fit her so well because she was the sweetest person to everyone that she met.

Rochelle was preceded in death by her parents: William Issac Fleming, Rose Lee Fleming, and Lafayette Broughton Jr.

Rochelle is survived by her children: Karl, Deonndra, and Karla; siblings: Regina, Robin, and Rosalind; grandkids: KaNiya, ZeAir, Heavyn, and Mycal.
