Rodney Winston Jr.

Mr. Rodney Neil Winston, Jr., 26, passed away on March 27, 2022. Junior was born on April 20, 1995, in Kansas City, Missouri to Rodney and Nadia Winston. Junior was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Nahum Cordero, his paternal grandparents, Linda Winston Eason, and Jessie Winston, Jr., two uncles, Miguel Garcia and Charles Smith.

Junior attended St. Agnes Elementary School and graduated from Bishop Miege High School. He worked for Zipco Company for two-plus years and worked alongside his father in the family business, Winston Quality Cleaning Service.

He loved to play basketball and he enjoyed spending time with his 3 children and he just enjoyed life in general. We will always remember his smile.

Junior leaves to cherish his memory; both parents, Rodney and Nadia Winston, grandmother, Maria Estella, one son, Mateo Winston, two daughters, Amelia Gaunt and Arianna Winston, one brother, Christopher (Samantha) of Chicago, Illinois, three uncles on his maternal side; Justino (Martha) Cordero, Jose (Maribel) Cordero and Marcos (Rosario) Cordero, two uncles on his paternal side, Ronnie Winston and Sean Byrd, three aunts on his maternal side, Olivia (Jose) Ramirez, Maria (Santiago) Estrada, and Maria Estela Garcia, three aunts on his paternal side, Pamela Winston, Tabitha Smith, and Jessica Winston, a host of cousins, other family members, and friends.
