Ronnell Edward Durant 56,  passed away on April 8, 2021.  He was born on March 23, 1965 in Kansas City, Missouri  to Robert Durant Jr. and Adoria Durant.  Ronnell was the oldest of his siblings.

He began his academic journey at Ladd Elementary, Central Junior,and Central Senior High School.  Ronnell played Football, Basketball and Ran Track. As a young adult Ronnell went on to received his Printer Apprenticeship License.

He attended Kansas City Temple Family Worship Center with his family under the Leadership of Pastor Littles where he accepted Jesus Christ at a young age.  Then Ronnell and his family moved on to Canaan Worship Center under the leadership of Pastor Dr. Tony Cobbins. He showed great strength and determination.  He also enjoyed luxury cars and fancy clothes.  Ronnell won Players Ball Best Dress Award back in the day.

He was a  very outspoken man and was very well known and respected  throughout the Kansas City area.  Some of his favorite quotes was, “Run and Tell Dat” and “Keep Living” Ronnell was proceeded in death by his father Robert Durant Jr. and his brother Robert “Fats” Durant III.

He is survived by his loving wife, Fatima Durant of 29 years. His children; Ronnisha Durant-Aaron, Ronnell Bradley, Keturah Holmes, Angdronell Durant, Fashawna Durant, Anthony Sayles, and Nine grandchildren. His mother Adoria Durant; Grandmother Anna Locke; sister LaShawn Durant; Mother In-Law Fern Bradley; Father In-Law Robert Bradley; and a host of Uncles, Aunties, Nieces, Nephews, Cousins, Friends and his best man, Keith “Rabbit” Toliver.
