Rosalind Renita Williams was born January 11 1966, to the parents of Dorsey S. Williams and Naomi W. Williams in Kansas City, Missouri.
Rosalind lived in Kansas City until the time of her passing on April 14, 2025.
She accepted Christ at a young age under the leadership of Reverend Wallace S. Hartfield Sr of Metropolitan Baptist Missionary Church. Later in her life she joined Mount Olive Missionary Baptist Church of Ardmore, Oklahoma under the leadership of Tommy L. Brown
She graduated from Central Senior High School of Kansas City, Missouri in 1984. She worked as a mental health tech for 26 years at Western Missouri Mental Hospital.
She enjoyed all holidays but her favorite was the Fourth of July and Christmas. She was also known for having a green thumb with the love for her plants. She also loved sports especially gameday for her Kansas City Chiefs!
She was best known by Mama Jones, Nene, yellow girl, Auntie baby and Auntie boo. She was loved by many and touched many hearts. She was an amazing mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend to everyone she met.
Rosalind was proceeded in death by her parents, Dorsey and Naomi Williams, her son, Jemelle Devon Williams, brother Dennis O Williams and nephew Zachery A. Kelly jr.
She leaves to cherish her three sons, William Jevelle Jones, William Jerelle Jones and Eimaj Ryan Parks-McDaniel. Also her two grandsons, Major Devon Jones and William Kingston Jones. And siblings Tommy L. Brown (Kimberly), Rhonda R. Kelly (Zarchery Sr. deceased), Reginald B. Williams, Hubert A. Williams (Loreen), and Judy L. Williams.
