Rouxanne Cunningham

Rouxanne J. Cunningham, 48, was born on August 10, 1972 in St. Paul, Minnesota to John and Rosemary Cunningham. She passed away on December 15th, 2020 in Kansas City, Missouri. She grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area and relocated to Kansas City in 2005.

She graduated from Royal Sunset High School in Hayward, California. She began work for MGE as a Translator where she worked for 6 years. She had a passion for music, dancing, and would give all that she could caring for others. Rouxanne had a beautiful smile and would always brighten the room with her laughter and sense of humor. She truly loved her daughters Raeven and Kaela, as well as her granddaughter, Aaliyah. She also enjoyed spending time with them and creating new memories.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Raeven Parks; mother, Rosemary Cunningham; father, John Cunningham; grandfather, Eugene Pitts; and nephew, Eric. M. Cunningham. She is survived by her loving daughter, Kaela O. Farrell; granddaughter, Aaliyah L. Mays; brother, Eric Cunningham (Liz); nephew, Kevin Crawford (Veena); Niece, Candace Cunningham; grandmother, Frances L. Pitts; uncle, Robert Pitts; ex-husband, Phillip D. Partee, and a host of other relatives and friends.
