Sammy Nicholas Daudinot

Sammy N. Daudinot passed away on December 17, 2025, at Overland Park Regional in Kansas City, Kansas.

Sammy was born on November 7, 1984, in Kansas City, Missouri to Sammy Daudinot and Nancy Denise Bermudes.

Sammy Nicholas is and always will be truly loved. He will be greatly missed by his mom Nancy, sister Santina, and brothers Garrett (Maveric) and Antwoin (Cheetah), his nieces Chelsie Shyann, and Nevaeh.

Nick has 6 aunts, Cindy, Sheila, Sandra, Elizabeth, Vanessa, and Janice; 9 Uncles: Sammy, Mark (Esav), Lorenzo, Kenneth, Willis (Quentin), Arthur, Troy, Damien, and Cordell; his girlfriend Alisha and her 2 children Alyssa and Anyssa. Nick will be remembered by a host of cousins, family and friends, and brothers and sisters from other mothers.

Four things we know about Nick: He was loved; he loved the Lord, attending New Bethel faithfully; he loved his family, he had a big heart, he loved his city, a big Chiefs fan, he loved them win or lose.

Nick had a voice that commanded attention, a laugh and smile that was contagious. His presence always drew a crowd like a moth to a flame. No matter how hard life got, he would still say, “I’m not having a bad day. I don’t have bad days.” He joked and smiled through it all.

After graduating from Paseo High School in 2000, he worked at Rockhurst University for 5 years alongside his mom, Nancy. He later worked briefly at Ruby Tuesday and at that time he vowed that he would never work for anyone else again and this is exactly what he did. He opened Finger Foodz in 2018, and those doors remained open for 7 years, until the day of his passing on December 17, 2025.

Nick will be greatly missed by many. Gone but never forgotten.
