Shenelle Altha Johnson

Shenelle Altha Johnson was born on August 30, 1969, in Kansas City, Missouri to Emanuel Steward and Sadie Johnson.

On May 18,2025 God called one of his most precious angels home. She is preceded in death by grandfather, Ralph Johnson Sr; grandmother, Altha Mae Johnson; grandfather, Jessie Steward Sr.; grandmother, Victoria Steward; stepfather, Billy Ray Green; son: Ronnie Fredrick Jr., nephews: Raphael and Gabriel Williams, and great nephew, Gabriel Williams.

Shenelle spent her life in Kansas City, Missouri and the Kansas City, Kansas area. She was educated through the Kansas City, Mo School District, where she attended Southeast High School. Shenelle was a loving homemaker until her final day.  Shenelle enjoyed spending time with family. She loved to cook, listening to music and two-step, as well as enjoying an occasional “Nip-Nip”.

Left to cherish Shenelle's memory: life partner, Willie G. Jackson; children: Romond Frederick Sr. (Malinda), Deveon Swinton Sr., and Fazon Swinton; grandchildren: Raylinn, Ma’Kylie, Rylie, Ramond Jr., Makya, Deveon Jr., Riah, Nozaf, and Jabari; parents: Emanuel Steward and Sadie Johnson; sisters: Tina Johnson, Angela Tittle, and Glanisha Green; bothers: Corey Heard, Alshanta Green, and Billy Dewayne Green; and a host of other dedicated family members and friends.

Shenelle’s assignment here on earth is done. God has opened the doors to heaven and Shenelle is now able to be with her grandparents, stepfather and son, two stepping away in heaven.
