Stephanie Yvette Holder

Daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother and aunt- a woman who loved well and was well-loved; Stephanie Yvette Holder transitioned peacefully on Tuesday June 27, 2023, at the age of 59.

Stephanie was the seventh of ten children born on June 6, 1964, to the union of Willie and Leola Hill.

The Hill family joined Faith Mission Church in the late 1970s and Stephanie worshiped there throughout her adulthood.

Stephanie received her formal education from Paseo High School. After attending high school, she married her fellow classmate Emanuel Holder on November 11, 1982. Through this union she birthed 3 children Brandy Nicole, Emmanuel Ricardo “Ricky” and Tamika La’shon. Stephanie enjoyed raising her children and being a loving wife.

As a devoted mother and caregiver Stephanie was the backbone of her family unit and always put her family first.

She is proceeded in death by her parents and five of her siblings; her son Emmanuel Holder II and her grandchildren Kylan Holder, Hunter Piggie and Desirae Holder.

Those left with fond and cherished memories include her husband Emanuel Holder, daughters Brandy Nicole Holder and Tamika La’shon Piggie (Michael Piggie). She also leaves 14 grandchildren, Willam, Nityra, Amaya, Andric “AJ” (Brandy); Emma, Emmanuel III, Shannon, Dakoda, Desmond, Makenna, Nevaeh, Lilly (Ricky); Kinsley, Kensington (Tamika) and 3 great grandchildren Cairo, Roman and Nala. Additionally, she leaves 4 siblings and a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins, loved ones, church family members and friends.
