Talisa Lawanda Silas

Ms. Talisa L. Silas was born April 06, 1977 in Kansas City, Missouri. She was the baby girl of Estella Silas and John Baskett. She was preceded in death by her mother and father, two brothers; Michael J. Silas (Fatty), Jonathan T. Silas (Jody); maternal grandparents Edmond and Annie Williams, Cousin; Torrance Evans and best friend Aaron McGutha. She attended school in the Kansas City, MO school district. She accepted Christ at Canaan Worship Center. She was employed with Whelan Security as a security guard for Commerce Bank. She was well loved and respected by family and friends. Her door was always open to those in need. She never mind lending a helping hand. She had a special relationship with nieces; Felicia Silas and Talisa E. Silas (Matt) also known as Meme; cousins Tiaira Silas and Patricia "Boo" Allen; best friends, Dennis Lewis, Juanita Allen, Hope Charles and Artisha Danner.
