Tammi L Walz

Tammi L. Turner was born on February 16, 1971 in Lexington, MO. to the union of Robert G. Turner Sr. and Dorothy J. (Mayberry) Turner – Lillard, in Odessa, MO. She graduated from Odessa R-VII High School in 1989. Tammi also graduated from House of Heavilin Beauty College and received her State License in Cosmetology. Later she received her Instructors License, Certified by the State of Missouri. She was attending National American University, pursing her degree in Business Management. Tammi was a Mary Kay Consultant and was quickly advancing to Director Level. She worked in various beauty salons, including Snip N Clip for over 15 years. Tammi was married to Shannon Walz in 1994 and to this union, no children were born. Tammi has 2 daughters, T’Quia C. Bandy and Tionna C. Jones.

Tammi was a member of St. James A.M.E. Church all her life and served wherever she was needed.

Tammi enjoyed being around her family and friends, listening and dancing to music, shopping, laughing and living her best life to the fullest, while touching many people’s lives.

Turner of Cameron, MO., Eric M. Turner of Odessa, MO., Jimmy C. Lillard (Angie) of Lee’s Summit, MO, Verdell W. Lillard of Kansas City, MO., Tito J. Turner (Tammi) of Independence, MO. Two Sisters, Brenda K. Aaron and Pam Lillard, both of Kansas City, MO. One Uncle, Gerald C. Mayberry of Kansas City, MO. Four grandchildren, DeAndre M. Bandy, Elliot B. B. Collins, Malia L. J. Bandy and Carter M. Jones. Also, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
