Terri Lynn Moore

Terri Lynn Moore was born June 29,1960, to Mae Ella Smith & Clarence Morton, in Kansas City, MO, at General Hospital #2. At a young age, Terri was introduced to Jesus Christ at Mariah Walker A.M.E. Church. She enjoyed singing in the youth choir & participating in the young peoples department (YPD). She attended Elementary School in the Kansas City School District, graduating from Southeast High School in 1978. She continued her education at the Research Nursing School. She worked as a Dietary Technician for many years at Baptist Medical Center. Several health issues led to early retirement, which allowed her to spend more time with her children. Among her favorite pastimes, was cheering for her hometown teams, the Chiefs & the Royals. She enjoyed listening to her exclusive collection of records & LPs. She also loved barbecuing for her family. Her spirit joins in heaven, her son, Michael, her mother, Mae Ella, her stepfather, Jimmy, her father, Clarence, her baby brother, Mark and nephew, DeAndre. She leaves to cherish her memories, her son, Landon, her daughter, Tracey, her grandson, Marlan, her sister Sharon, her brother Jeffrey, her nieces Ebony and Alaina (Amanda) her nephews. James and Wesley, and a host of family and friends.
