Therrell K. Jackson Jr.

Therrell K. Jackson, Jr., 17, passed away on July 30th, in North Kansas City, Mo. He was born on July 19th, 2007, in Saint Joseph, Mo., to Therrell K. Jackson, Sr. and Amber O'Connell.

He attended school in the Lee Summit School District. He had dreams of going to the Job Corps and starting his own business as a construction worker. He planned to build his mom a house on his own one day. He worked for Worlds of Fun.

Therrell liked to spend time with his family and friends, loved being outdoors, enjoyed playing Xbox, and was known to be a leader anywhere he went. He will be remembered for his infectious smile, and bravery.

Therrell was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother Patricia Jackson, his great grandmother Dianna O’Connell, his long-time father figure Donovan Smith, and his older cousin Amir Morrison.

He is survived by his mother Amber O’Connell (Kansas City, Mo.), his father Therrell Jackson Sr. (Kansas City, Mo.), sisters: Talina Beadles (Saint Joseph, Mo.), Tamerya’ O’Connell (Saint Joseph, Mo.), grandmother Rhonda O’Connell (Saint Joseph, Mo.), aunts: Sonya O’Connell, Shaneka Thornton (Mario Thornton), Staraisha Jackson, uncles: Jeramy O’Connell, Coty O’Connell, Philip Harrison, Jamal O’Connell, Cordell Jackson, a host of cousins and friends
