Thomas Horn died on July 8, 2016 in Minneapolis Minnesota. He was born on October 26, 1958 in Lisman Alabama. He was the second child born during the union of Thomas M. Horn and Martha J. Horn. At the age of 8, the family moved to Vallejo California, and at the age of 15, they moved to Kansas City, MO. Thomas graduated from Manuel High School and went to join the United States Air Force. He went on to receive his Bachelors of Science from Metropolitan State University. Thomas loved to cook and was a chef for Houlihan's. He was also an avid coin collector. His greatest joy though, was his two daughters, his grandchildren and great grandchildren. Thomas will be remembered as a kind man, who loved people and would give you the shirt off of his back. He was proceeded in death by two brothers: Tony D. Horn and George A. Bryant, his grandparents Needham Horn, Lillie Horn, Narciss Chaney and Henry Chaney, his stepfather Ananias Bryant Sr., and his son Douglas L. Booker. He leaves to cherish in his memory: his mother, Martha J. Bryant, his father Thomas M. Horn and step mother Ola Horn, sisters Angelita Fox (Russell) of Denver CO, Glenease Montgomery of Kansas City MO, AnuTonnie Jordan or Columbus MS, Jamesette Woods (Sidney) of Grandview MO, Rita Reliford of Kansas City MO, one brother, Ananias Bryant Jr. of Denver CO, two daughters. He was the second child born during the union of Thomas M. Horn and Martha J. Horn. Tommia L. Horn of Kansas City MO and LaCresha Nelson of St. Paul MN. He also leaves four grandchildren, two one granddaughter, one special nephew, Tony D. Keeton of Kansas City MO, a special cousin Ray Turner or Birmingham AL, five aunts, two uncles, and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
