Tiffany Tasha Jones, born July 7, 1982, passed away on April 6, 2025, leaving behind cherished memories and an enduring legacy.
Tiffany recently spent her professional life at Progressive, where her work ethic, commitment, and kindness touched the lives of countless colleagues and clients. She was deeply valued by those she worked with and was still a part of the Progressive family when she passed.
A proud graduate of Raytown South High School, Tiffany continued her education at Central Missouri State University, where she further cultivated her passion for learning and growth.
Tiffany loved spending time with her family and friends, finding joy in shared experiences at movies and concerts. She also had a deep passion for travel, fashion, and hanging out with her loved ones, creating countless treasured moments that brought her immense happiness. Her warmth and generosity brought light to those around her, and her laughter and presence will be greatly missed. She shared an extraordinary bond with her very close friends Latrise Lewis, Theresa Sims, TiAndra Blair, and Dawneshia Hord. They were inseparable, creating countless memories together filled with laughter, support, and love. Their friendship was a source of strength and joy in Tiffany’s life.
Family was central to Tiffany’s heart. She was a devoted mother to her two beloved sons, Jay’Shaun Jones and Jacey Jones, who were the center of her world. She also shared a special and cherished relationship with her aunt and uncle, Jackie and Chris Cobb, who held a significant place in her life.
Tiffany was preceded in death by her beautiful and loving grandmother, Sarah Canaday, whose nurturing spirit and wisdom were an inspiration to her. Tiffany often spoke of the profound impact her grandmother had on her life, and their bond remained unbreakable even beyond her passing.
Tiffany is survived by her loving mother, Lauretta Brown; her sons, Jay’Shaun Jones and Jacey Jones; her two brothers, Gary Michael Jones and Elisha Jones; her nephews, Jaylen Jones and Amare Jones; and a host of other close family members who were deeply connected to her and will forever treasure her memory.
