Treshaun Denzel Wright, affectionately known as Tre, passed away on August 25th, 2024, at the age of 21. Born on October 22, 2002, at Baptist Hospital, Tre was the cherished only child and first son of Terry Watts and Chrisean Wright (Baker). He was also deeply loved by his bonus dad, Ronald Baker.

Raised in Kansas City, Missouri, Tre was a proud graduate of Center High School, where he represented the Yellow Jackets with enthusiasm and dedication. An exceptional student, Tre's interests extended well beyond academics. He developed a passion for the saxophone in the 5th grade, played in the Center High School Band, and participated in various sports including football, basketball, karate, and track and field. His love for football was profound, as he played for the Kansas City Ravens and honored his favorite player, Deion Sanders, by wearing the number 21—a tribute that inspired the "21" movement.

Tre's work ethic was evident through his diverse roles at Target, Lowe’s, Titan Security, and KC Juke House. Inspired by his great-grandfather, Denzel, who owned a barber shop during Tre's younger years, Tre was driven to pursue a career in barbering. He gained invaluable experience through an apprenticeship with Mark's My Barber Shop before establishing his own mobile barbershop business, TreKutzz.

Tre was a devoted family member who valued attending and supporting family events. His interests included music, fishing, and bowling, and he was a dedicated fan of professional football. Tre enjoyed many Sunday mornings watching games with his "Football Squad" and had the special opportunity to attend several Pro football games with his dad and brother.

His commitment to community service was unwavering. Tre dedicated 14 years to the Juneteenth Program, taking great joy in mentoring young people. A memorable highlight of his life was celebrating his 21st birthday on his first cruise to the Bahamas.

Tre was a member of Faith Mission Church from a young age. He served on the usher board under Lawona Diamond, the hostess board under Sis L. Booker, and worked with the youth ministry under Chris White and LaTochia Diamond. He also volunteered at numerous church events, including the Annual Faith Mission Easter egg hunt.

Tre leaves behind a legacy of love and kindness, mourned by his mother, Chrisean Baker; bonus dad, Ronald Baker; father, Terry (Gamela) Watts; and siblings, Tionne Watts, Emani Baker, Ramya Baker, Terri Watts, Terianna Watts, Terry Watts Jr., Marquan Baker, Terion Watts, Keyonna Jones, and Tae’jon Watts. He is also survived by his great-grandmothers, Willie Mae Wright and Juanita Cooks (Gammie); grandmothers, Violet Watts, Deidra Wright, and Janet (David) Robinson; niece, Nova Baker; newly born nephew, Amir Denzel Baker; aunts, Alexis Lampkin, Tomeya Baker, Takila Holland, and Kia Richardson; uncles, Bryce Lampkin and Craig Kelly Jr.; special friend, Nia B.; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Tre's memory will be cherished by all who knew and loved him. He will be remembered for his vibrant spirit, dedication to his passions, and unwavering commitment to his family and community.
