What’s up fam it’s Tyrone yall, better known as Boochie. I made my grand entrance to the world on Dec 18, 1979 to my mom Falenthia Day and my natural father Donald Dixon. But the man who helped rear me into manhood was Royce Allen. Since my parents were a little young, my grandparents George Sr. and Ruby Johnson raised me for the first 5 years. I had it made like you wouldn’t believe. My big wheels and fire trucks were tight, I was the man with the wheels. I’m the oldest of my mother’s children, to say the least. I was the first grandson, first nephew, I was the first. I always tried to keep things straight as the overseer. When momma was gone, all my little sisters, brothers and cousins would gang up on me, then run out the door. But still, I must admit I enjoyed being spoiled as the first born, holding down things.
I went to Southeast High and did my thing. Yall know me, I was always hard on my grind. I’ve worked since I was 17. Yall know I could burn. I kept trying to get the fam to have a cook off, but they knew I would win hands down. I showed off my skills down on The Plaza at Fred P. Otts. Watching football and basketball was by favorite pastime… give it up for the Chiefs and Jayhawks yall!!
My true drive was my family. I experienced true love with Aminah (my MiMi), you helped me mature as a man and showed me the true meaning of being a father. She gave me the pride of my life, my sons Amieen and Syheed. Man, I love yall. Guys, my hope is that as you grow into young men, you too will find your MiMi and love and cherish her. When you become fathers, be present, provide for them, love them and make memories that will last a lifetime, just like we did. Always remember, I wasn’t the crowd guy, I hung out with my fam, that was good for me. I believed in working hard and being self-sufficient.
Alright yall, I know that I left a little unexpectedly, but God’s got things in order. It’s all good. I’m hanging out with Grandpa Ernest, George and my little brother Marcel. They are showing me around. There’s beauty like you wouldn’t believe. Momma, my queen, I love you. Don’t worry about me, God just let me get here before you so that I could get things ready. Now don’t hurry to get here, just know I will be waiting for you. Fam, I will miss our being “turnt up” together until we meet again. Know that big Bro will have his eyes on you. I Love You Sparkle (Dondale), DanJuan, Jasmine, Royce, Faleshae, Deontae, Tiara (Richard, KeKe, Terell, Quaylin, Tempestt, Spechelle, Toneisha, David and Devin. My aunties and uncles; Cynthia, Kimberly, Tony, George Jr., Earnest Jr. and Dana yall take care of Gran Ma. Gran Ma, thank you for loving me. I love you sooo much! To my best friends, T.J. and Lovette, see yall later bros, keep it real. To the rest of my fam, I’ll holler at yall later.
Love ya, Boochie
