Unease Jackson, also known as “Niecy,” was born on December 21, 1953 in Altheimeir, Arkansas. She moved to Kansas City, Missouri in 1957, where she attended Woodland Elementary, and later attended Manuel High School, where she took up Art, and was very good at it. Unease loved the Lord. She accepted Christ as her Lord and Savior at Mount Zion Baptist Church.
Unease loved spending time with her family. She married Charles H. Bandy, and from that union her eldest daughter, Erica Renee Bandy was born. She later married Alonzo Jackson, and from that union she had two sons, Kevin Anderson and Jason Anderson. Unease love helping and taking care of others. She worked for Little Sisters of the Poor for over 30 years until she became ill.
Unease transitioned to be with her Heavenly Father on December 21, 2019. She is preceded in her death by her sister, Loretta Anderson.
She leaves to cherish her most precious memories her mother, Earselean Anderson; her sister, Leatta Anderson; two brothers, James Turner(Rita), and Charles Anderson(Elrette); one daughter, Erica Bandy-Nelson; two sons, Kevin Anderson, and Jason Anderson; her daughter in law, Shenique Jackson; her grandchildren, De’Anthony, De’Airis, DelShawn. T’Quin, Martay, Jacquanise, Karein, and Aniah, and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and other family and friends.
