William Lorenzo Dancer was born on April 25, 1981 to William Charles Dancer Jr. and Devoulia Faye Howlett, in Kansas City, Missouri. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather; William Charles Dancer, his maternal great grandmother; Addie Mae Eggleston, and daughter; Shalon Shantel Dancer, his little angel.

He received his education in the Kansas City Missouri public school system. He graduated from DeLaSalle Academy in 2000 where he excelled and received high honors in Mathematics. Later in 2006, he pursued his CDL license and became an over the road truck driver for Prime Trucking Company.

Will had an infectious laugh that would lighten your day. Will loved being in the company og family and friends, especially when there were family dinners, and his favorite, “a big barbeque.” He loved playing dominoes, or just simply hanging out shooting the breeze with everyone. He was loved by everyone and will be sadly missed.

Will leaves behind to embrace his memories his wife; Lakitha Gray-Dancer, whom he married August 28, 2016, mother; Devoulia Faye Howlett, father; William Charles Dancer Jr (Kim), mother-in-law; Lynn Gray, one son; Kaiden Harlin, stepson; Kadion Norles, stepdaughter; Lateysha Gray, his loving grandmothers; maternal, Katie Mae Howlett and paternal Rita O. Dancer, brothers; Gregory L. Bacon(Antweania), William C. DancerIII, Damion L. Dancer, Jamal Lee Charles Dancer, Louis Dancer all of KCMO, sisters; Canillya S. Kendrick, Marla Dancer of KCMO, and rita Chnell Dancer of Springfield, MO, a host of uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, a special close cousin Lastevsha Finnell, two very special hommie’s; Anthony Bronson and Lorenzo Hughes
