William Lanier, Iii

William Lanier III, 59, passed away on March 27, 2017 at his home in Kansas City, MO. He was born on July 22, 1957 in Kansas City, MO to William Lanier Jr, and Curlean (Alexander) Lanier. He grew up in Kansas City, MO and graduated from Central Senior High School. After high school, he attended Central Missouri State University for 1 year in Warrensburg, MO. He began working for the Internal Revenue Service as a Tax Examiner, where he worked for 32 years.

He was preceded into death by his father, maternal grandparents, and paternal grandparents.

He is survived by his mother; Curlean Lanier, brothers; Jackie Lanier, Dale Lanier, and Joe Jimenez, sisters; Norma Law-Williams, Beverly Harrison, and Sherri Lanier, a host of nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts, cousins, and a host of other relatives and friends.
