William C. Johnson

William Carlton Johnson, passed away on May 18,2024 at home in Raytown, MO.

He was born December 24, 1971 in Kansas City, MO. and raised by his Mother Regina Lynn Johnson; his biological father is Randall Phillips Sr.

He grew up in Kansas City, MO. He graduated from Van Horn High School in 1990. After receiving his CDL, he worked for various trucking companies and traveled across the country visiting family and friends along the way.

He married Shanita Beasley on February 14, 2009, in Kansas City, MO. They were happily married for 7 years before she passed away.

He was preceded in death by his lovely wife Shanita Johnson, grandfather Freddie Johnson Sr, grandmother Layla Phillips, and special cousin Johnny Johnson.

He leaves to cherish his memory, one daughter Iscis L. Johnson (Shawnee, KS), two sons Laveon Johnson (Kansas City, Mo.), and Carl Johnson (Dallas, TX), seven grandchildren Xzavion, Gracelynn, Amethyst, Laveon Jr, Je’la, Josiah, and Kyis. His maternal grandmother Georgia Lewis, mother Regina Johnson and dad Victor Anderson (Patricia) who raised him, sisters Georgina Johnson-Williams (Don), and Victoria Anderson, special cousins Carlos Johnson (Shonta), and Cornelius Johnson (Tee) His biological father Randall Phillips Sr, brothers Kenneth Phillips, Randall Phillips Jr., and sisters Ruth Phillips, Ranata Phillips, Layla Phillips, Randella Phillips, Ange,l Phillips, Raven Phillips, Aquanita Phillips, and Marquita Phillips. And a host of other relatives and friends.
