Listen to Obituary

Willie "Bo" Reaws, III was born January 22, 1972 to Willie Reaws Jr. and Sharon Maynard-Reaws in Kansas City, MO. Willie Reaws, III is the only child born to this union. Willie Reaws, III. was affectionately known by family and friends as Bo. Bo was educated in the local Kansas City Public School System. He was preceded in death by his grandparents; Carl and Ida Maynard, Sr. and Willie and Irene Reaws, Sr.

Bo was a very hard worker. He held many positions over the years from catering, to fast food, to carpentry, to laying bricks and even working for H & R Block. Bo loved to cook and more than that he loved to eat. Bo was both gifted and talented in working with his hands. He could build almost anything that he put his mind to. More than anything, Bo was dependable. If he said he was going to be some place or do something you could count on him to do it.

Bo had a loving heart and he would give the shirt off of his back to anyone in need. Bo loved family and he was the life of any family gathering. You could always depend on Bo to make you smile and to keep you laughing. Bo was a great son, a wonderful brother and a loyal friend.

He leaves to cherish his memory his loving parents Willie and Gwendolyn Reaws, Jr. and Sharon Maynard-Whiteside; Sisters, Shonda Triplett(Wesley), Amber Grant, Marciana Reaws, Rachel Reaws, Carmella Reaws, April Reaws, Lashelle Simpson; Brothers, William Duron Reaws, Eric Jones, Devon C.
